Questions worth asking

Which platforms do you search?

TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Each search targets one platform, so you can tune the brief to how that platform actually behaves. Run a second search to cover another.

What counts as one search?

One credit is one search run. A run discovers, enriches and ranks a batch of creators for a single brand brief, and you are not charged per creator returned.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. New accounts get one free search so you can run a real brief and judge the output before paying anything.

How do you decide a creator is worth contacting?

Each candidate is enriched with public follower and video-performance data, then scored on topic relevance, audience size, engagement and country match. Creators we cannot verify are held back rather than padding the list.

Can I target a specific country?

Yes. Set the markets you sell in and creator location is resolved from several signals rather than trusting a bio flag.

Where do the contact emails come from?

Publicly listed addresses found during enrichment: profile bios, linked sites and link-in-bio pages. Not every creator publishes one, and we tell you which did.

Can my team share an account?

Yes. Accounts are organisation-based, so you can invite colleagues and everyone sees the same brands, searches, shortlists and reply threads.

What happens to unused credits?

On the Monthly plan they roll over and never expire. Lifetime grants ten searches every month on a use-it-or-lose-it basis.
